In the current digital era, efficient and effective information systems are the key to success for many companies in increasing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. The research methods used by Systematic Literature Review include identification, screening, eligibility, and inclusion. The research results show that comprehensive and structured planning in the development of management information systems can significantly improve service quality. Identification of appropriate needs, selection of appropriate technology, and effective change management are critical factors in the successful implementation of information systems. Additionally, ongoing evaluation and maintenance ensures the system remains relevant and adaptable to changing business needs. The conclusion of this research confirms the importance of careful planning in the development of management information systems. In this way, organizations can achieve the expected improvement in service quality, as well as provide added value for customers and other stakeholders.
