This article explains how to configure file upload fields for the submission form
To add new file upload fields, chairs should
(1) Access the configuration by selecting menu tabs "Administration -> Configure"
(2) click to edit the option "File upload fields in the submission form"
(3) click on "Add a new field" in the context menu
Chairs can add, modify or disable file upload fields at any time.
To update a file upload field, chairs should

Chairs can also disable a file upload field instead of deleting it. When a file upload field is disabled, authors will be unable to update files.

Please note that chairs can change visibility at any time. For example, chairs can make a file upload field initially only visible to chairs and later open it to all program committee members.
To make a file upload field to be used only in some tracks, superchairs should do the following:
Superchairs will then be able to select the tracks for which this field will be used.
Track chairs cannot edit the submission form. If a track needs to have some track-specific fields, the track chairs should request a superchair to edit these fields.
