Importing and exporting conference configuration

Chairs can import settings from another conference using our configuration import/export feature. To access this feature,

(1) Select the menu tabs "Administration" -> "Configure" to access the configuration page
(2) Click on "Import/export configuration" in the context menu

If you were one of the chairs of the other conference, you should select this conference in the list of conferences you chaired, those will displayed on the page that follows “Import/export configuration”.

If you were not a chair of the other conference, you will need to obtain an import/export code from its chairs to access their settings. To generate this code one of the chairs should do this:

(1) Select the menu tabs "Administration" -> "Configure" to access the configuration page
(2) Click on "Import/export configuration" in the context menu
(3) Click on "Export settings" in the context menu

Depending on what the other conference used one can import the following settings or information:

(a) banner
(b) submission form fields
(c) tracks
(d) decisions
(e) review form
(f) program committee (reviewers)
(g) external reviewers (subreviewers)
(h) submission instructions
(i) email templates

Note that the other conference chairs can decide individually which of (a)-(i) they allow you to receive.

You can import settings from more than one conference.
