We proceed to analyze the root cause of the defects and based on the results; the results are determined are the techniques applied to solve the causes that generate the defects (Tejeda, 2011). The Lean way to solve the defects they send includes the following tools: Andon (LUP), Work Instructions, Skills Matrix, Andon (Dashboard), Talent Development for practical training and Poka Yoke with contact sensors for more routing. visual. The average number of defects (Ricárdez, 2022) in the quality graphics before the improvements was 178 and with the implementation of the manufacturing tools, it is 146 out of 2348 pieces produced weekly, demonstrating a significant reduction in internal quality defects in the line of 17.98%.
