Additionally, it proposes the concept of sector impartiality as a way to ameliorate the structural isolation of sub-network domain groups. Through two illustrative cases, we demonstrate both the presence of domain-based subgroups, and the structural effects of impartial orchestration on the whole network over time. The study contributes to both theory and practice by connecting research on network structure with the practical challenges of managing complex, multi-sector networks.
