This paper uses a variety of methods such as questionnaire survey, multivariate regression model to do empirical research on the mechanism of human resource management influencing corporate green innovation behavior. The results show: human resource management practices significant positively impact corporate green innovation behavior, based on mediating effect of organizational commitment of employees. In the research on five dimensions of human resource management, three hypothesized relationships verified, namely training, compensation and employee involvement.
