This work aims to present a methodology proposal for the quality of mobile learning at the University of Computer Sciences. Qualitative methodology was used with the use of theoretical and empirical techniques and methods. Among the main results was: a methodology for the quality of mobile learning for training development in the selected subject through the use of the messaging and VOIP platform, Telegram. The use of the methodology provided teachers with professional performance to improve the quality of the subject they taught, based on the training and development achieved in the improvement offered by the Center for Innovation and Quality of Education projects, which was created an environment for the construction of knowledge in a collaborative way and more immediate attention to the students, who showed greater interest and motivation when carrying out the activities using mobile devices.
