The evaluation results revealed that the Menara Beef Cattle Cooperative developed two products: meat balls and shredded meat. The CIPP model evaluation revealed that the project achieved a good level of success overall. The context is at a very good level. The highest level is understanding project goals or objectives. In terms of inputs, it is at a very good level. The highest level is the availability of materials and equipment for preparing the product or carrying out the intended purpose. The process aspect is at a good level. The highest level is exchanging knowledge among entrepreneurs or communities during project implementation, and the product is at a good level.
