This research proposes an analogous conceptual model of Smart Villages, designed to address these gaps by identifying and prioritizing key categories through a multicriteria methodology, particularly the Saaty scale (AHP). The model integrates technological, socioeconomic, and environmental dimensions, aiming to foster sustainability and improve the quality of life in rural communities. The research includes a bibliometric and literature analysis to determine the fundamental dimensions of the Smart Villagesmodel, adapted to the Colombian context. The results provide a methodological framework that facilitates the implementation of technological solutions and promotes resilience and economic development in rural areas.
