The 3rd International Conference on Japan−Bangladesh Research and Practice (JBRP2024) will take place online, coordinated from the University of the Ryukyus in Okinawa, Japan. JBRP is proudly sponsored and organized by the Network of Bangladeshi Researchers in Japan (NBRJ, https://nbrj.jp/). The primary goal of NBRJ is to unite Bangladeshi (origin) researchers across various universities, research organizations, industries, and corporate sectors in Japan. JBRP is an exceptional platform for researchers from diverse fields to showcase their accomplishments, promoting a culture of learning and intellectual enrichment through interdisciplinary research collaboration. Submission Guidelines
In line with the diverse tracks covered, we invite researchers worldwide to submit Extended Abstracts that not only reflect their research achievements but also pertain to one or more of the following themes:

Research achievements

Surveys related to Bangladesh and Japan

Collaborations between Bangladesh and Japan
-
Solutions to challenges in Bangladesh
Extended Abstracts should encapsulate findings and insights that contribute to the conference's multidisciplinary dialogue, covering any of the abovementioned tracks.
Note that the Submission Deadline is October 22, 2024.
Submission must be made through the EasyChair-based submission portal.
Submission instructions and Template (for writing the extended abstract) are available on the above portal.

Authors are advised to strictly adhere to the specified font type (Helvetica), size (11), and style outlined in the provided template.
The entire extended abstract, including figures, tables, and references, must not exceed two (2) pages.
Submissions that do not conform to these guidelines will not be considered.
Acceptance
All submitted abstracts will undergo a thorough evaluation by the Track Committee Advisors.
Upon acceptance, a Notification of Acceptance will be issued by November 7, 2024.
Registration & Payment
Upon acceptance of the submitted extended abstracts, authors are required to register and pay a fee before presenting their work.
The registration fees* are as follows.

Regular: 5,000 JPY per accepted extended abstract

Student: 3,000 JPY per accepted extended abstract
Details regarding the payment procedures will be provided at a later date.
* Please note: Researchers who are based in and conducting their research within Bangladesh will have their registration fees waived.
Program
Upon acceptance of the submitted extended abstracts, one author from each accepted extended abstract will be required to present their work in an online format. Details regarding the conference program, presentation schedule, and the method of online presentation will be disclosed at a later date.
Awards
Upon evaluation of the extended abstracts and their respective presentations, selected authors will be honored with the Best Presentation Award.
Publication
All accepted and presented extended abstracts will be published in the Conference Proceedings after necessary editing.
