It is a great pleasure for us to invite you all to participate as speaker, delegate, sponsor at the World Conference on Aeronautics and Aerospace Engineering (WAAE) , which will take place from November 27-29, 2026, in Xi'an, China. It's sponsored by Northwestern Polytechnical University, hosted by School of Civil Aviation, Northwestern Polytechnical University.

The WAAE 2026 conference provides a unique platform for researchers, industry leaders, and policymakers from across the globe to engage in cutting-edge discussions, share pioneering research, and collaborate on the future of aerospace and aeronautical engineering.

Submission Guidelines

To prepare a submission

• The submission should not been published previously, nor is it under consideration by another conference. Or it will be rejected.

• Please following the template, with titles and names, affiliations, addresses, and email of all co-authors to complete your manuscript.

• The paper should be written in English only with minimum 4 full pages and maximum 10 pages including figures and references. Over 6 pages will be charged. The fee for the additional page can be seen here.

To Submit Paper/Abstract

Please submit your paper or abstract via easychair submission system http://www.easychair.org/conferences/?conf=waae2026 and choose the related special session topics.

• An easy chair account is needed. Please register first, if you do not have one.

• Full paper submission can be published in proceedings after reviewing and registration.

• Abstract can be included in conference program. To present and share your research only.

• To update new version, please do it via the submission system and mail to the conference sceretary via waae@sciei.org

Reviewing Process

• The conference committee's selection panel will review all papers or abstracts received by the submission deadline to ensure relevance to the symposium.

• All papers and abstracts will undergo double-blind peer review by committee members to guarantee an adequate standard, adherence to the proposed subject, suitable length, satisfactory English quality, and proper referencing.

• The evaluation of papers will be based on scientific merit, technical quality, relevance to the conference scope, originality, significance, and clarity.

Receiving Notification

• If the paper does not align with the topics or is deemed unqualified, a rejection email will be sent.

• After the paper passes two rounds of the reviewing process, a formal acceptance letter will be mailed, including the review form with comments, etc. Please carefully re-edit and improve the paper quality according to the review comments.

Publication

Papers that are accepted and presented at WAAE 2026 will be submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore, subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements, indexed by EI Compendex and SCOPUS, etc.
