We are now accepting applications to present at the 2025 Joint Technical Conference of the San Diego and Los Angeles INCOSE Chapters, to be held in San Diego on December 5–6, 2025.

Event Schedule

• Friday, Dec 5 – Tutorials (up to 4 hours each), plus a SEP paper exam
• Saturday, Dec 6 – Keynote address and technical presentations (approximately 45 minutes each)

Submission Process

Applications will be collected through EasyChair, our online conference management system. If you do not already have an EasyChair account, you can create one for free.

You are FREE to submit a proposal on any topic you would like that is related to Systems Engineering!  However, here are some suggested topics:

What to Include in Your Application

• Author(s) name(s) and contact information
• Title and abstract of your presentation or tutorial
  • For tutorials, please specify "tutorial" vice "paper / presentation" and indicate if the tutorial will be 2 or 4 hours
• Keywords
• Optional paper submission in addition to a presentation

Upon Acceptance

If accepted, each presenter will also be asked to provide a short biography and a portrait image.
