Submission Guidelines

Deadline

All authors are requested to upload an extended abstract in PDF format by using this link by 17h00 , 27 September  2024.  Extended abstracts should be submitted for both oral and poster presentations.

Brief for the extended abstract

• Please follow the format set out in the Extended Abstract Template. Links to the template can be found o Word doc o PDF format
• The first page should include the title of the presentation, the name/s, affiliation and address of the authors (this should include your postgraduate supervisor), underlined the name of the author to whom correspondence should be addressed.
• An extended abstract is a “mini-paper” and should have the following information: o Describe the aim of the work. o Provide a brief introduction sufficient to orientate the non-specialist reader. o A brief description of the methodology or experimental techniques employed. o A discussion of the results.

Notice of acceptance will be sent to authors by 18 October 2024.  The extended abstracts will be available to all delegates at the conference.
