CALL FOR PAPERS: THE 2nd INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE RESILIENCE BY TECHNOLOGY AND DESIGN (RTD 2024)
College of Technology and Design at the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City (UEH - CTD) and The Organizing Committee of the International Conference "Resilience by Technology and Design" (RTD) extend our warm greetings to scholars, experts, and businesses.
Following the success of RTD 2022 with the theme “Smart Living”, which attracted significant interest from researchers, practitioners, and businesses worldwide, RTD 2024 places its focus on the theme of Fostering Sustainability. We seek to highlight the role of advanced technologies, innovative design methods, and data science in providing solutions aligned with environmental responsibility, social accountability, and a circular economy for sustainable development and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). RTD 2024 aims to bring together interdisciplinary research from scientists and experts to address the challenges faced by humanity and society, promoting global sustainability through innovation in technology and design.
We cordially invite the scholars and experts to submit papers and present research, sharing approaches to the role of technology and design in sustainable development in the following themes, but not limited to:

● Peer Review Results Announcement: By May 15, 2024
● Final Version Submission Deadline: By May 21, 2024
● Acceptance Notification & Invitation Letter: June 1, 2024
● Registration and Payment Deadline: By June 10, 2024
● Conference Dates: July 15 & 16, 2024
● Field trip (Optional) on July 17, 2024
REGISTRATION FEE
● For presenting Authors
+ 150 USD if paid before June 5, 2024 (Early bird); or
+ 180 USD (after June 5, 2024)
● For non-presenting Authors:
+ 100 USD if paid before June 5, 2024 (Early bird); or
+ 130 USD if paying after June 5, 2024
● If attending a field trip (optional)
+ An additional 50 USD field trip fee will be added to the registration fee.
UEH RESEARCH AWARD
The Best Paper Awards will be announced at the closing ceremony.
SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
The length of the paper submission should not exceed 25 pages all inclusive, or no more than 8,000 words in total including the abstract, main text, references, tables, figures, and appendices.
Submissions must be made through RTD 2024's submission portal on the EasyChair platform via this link.
