PRISM 2024: 4th Pritam Singh Memorial (PRISM) Conference School of Leadership and Management, Manav Rachna International Institute of Research and Studies Faridabad, India, November 19-21, 2024

The annual conference PRISM 2024, is a flagship initiative of the Dr. Pritam Singh foundation. School of Leadership & Management, MRIIRS is the host for the PRISM Conference 2024 on the theme "Workplace Disruptions: Leadership Challenges and Organization Sustainability". The various stakeholders from academia, business, regulators, policymakers, and multilateral agencies are invited to present insights on the future of business in a sustainable, technology-driven environment.

The 4th edition of the PRISM Conference will, delve on the dimensions of Leadership, Digitalization and Sustainability in context of the challenges for the future business.

Submission Guidelines

All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. The following paper categories are welcome:
