IFIM College conducts the prestigious International Conference formerly know as 'FUSION" every year since 2017. The Conference encourages interdisciplinary research. It is a platform for scholars from academia and corporate to showcase their research work in the field of business, Trade, and Governance. The conference hosts panel discussion on contemporary issues confronting the society and business. IFIM International Conference, 2025 is the 6th conference going to be held in hybrid mode at campus of the IFIM College. The papers presented in the conference will be reflected with ISBN in Conference Proceedings,

Submission Guidelines

All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. The following paper categories are welcome:

• Full papers :We invite full research papers describing original and unpublished work in the areas aligned with the conference tracks. Submissions should address any aspect of managing or disrupting businesses in the era of AI, including theoretical frameworks, empirical studies, case studies, or experiments.
• Length: 5,000–8,000 words
• Format: Follow the prescribed template, available on the conference website.
• Submission deadline: January 25, 2025
• Review Process: Peer-reviewed
• Publication: Accepted papers will be published in conference proceedings with ISBN. Select papers may be considered for publication in ABDC/Scopus indexed journals
• Posters: We encourage submissions for poster presentations that describe ongoing research, preliminary results, or novel ideas. Posters should be visually engaging and effectively summarize the key points of the research.
• Length: 1,500–3,000 words (extended abstract)
• Poster Size: A0 (841mm x 1189mm) in portrait orientation
• Submission deadline: January 25, 2025
• Review Process: Reviewed by a conference committee
• Presentation: Authors will be required to present their posters during designated sessions at the conference
