Geo-AI CON 2025 is a conference with practical workshops about Geospatial Artificial Intelligence (GeoAI), organized by the Centre of Excellence in Socio-Environmental Sustainability for River Sand Mining (SenSRS) at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Ropar in Punjab, India, along with support from IIT Ropar, the Punjab Government, and the ISRS Chandigarh Chapter. Scheduled to take place from September 5th to 8th, 2025, in a hybrid format (onsite/online) at IIT Ropar, India, the conference aims to bring together leading researchers, industry professionals, and domain experts to explore the frontiers of GeoAI. The event features tutorials on modern field surveying techniques, hands-on experience with state-of-the-art geospatial instruments guided by globally renowned experts, and efforts to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical field applications. Industry partners including Trimble, Esri India, ERDAS IMAGINE, and NV5 Geospatial support it. All accepted and registered papers will be published in a Scopus-indexed edited volume.

Submission Guidelines

All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. The following paper categories are welcome:

• Full papers/Abstracts describing completed research or significant advancements in GeoAI, including detailed methodologies, results, and implications.

• Posters describing ongoing research, preliminary findings, or innovative ideas in GeoAI, suitable for visual presentation and discussion.
